Architecture firms spreadsheet

Looking for jobs as an Architecture graduate is hard enough as it is. That's why I suggest maximising your time by using a spreadsheet. The instructions are as follows:

• Put in the names and numbers of architecture firms in your area
• Using the traffic light system in the spreadsheet, pick a colour for the firm in order of priority: red = minimal attention orange = moderate attention green = utmost attention
• For the firms you mark as green, create a new cover letter, email and even portfolio each time, but for the orange and red firms, send a previously prepared cover letter and email and portfolio.

If you apply to a few red and orange firms and apply to 1 green firm per day, you can cover more bases in a shorter amount of time
